The house is a duplex situated on a secluded one acre wooded lot overlooking Great River on Monomoscoy Island, accessed by a short causeway, and part of a protected bird and wildlife sanctuary. Swim and sun bathe off the dock or on the property's own private beach. Go quayhogging, fishing or crabbing along Great River in front of the house and grill your catch for dinner on the backyard patio. Six kayaks and a paddleboard are included with the rental for exploring the many features of Waquoit Bay. ***New for 2017: Added two Riot Quest 10HV kayaks with dry bulkhead area storage. For boat owners we will rent one spot on our dock weekly for an additional fee when available. A public boat landing is available diagonally across Great River from the property. Waquoit Bay is a playground for all boating enthusiasts from water skiers, knee boarders and some of New England's finest wind and kite surfing can be had close-by in the shallows of Waqouit Bay.
